The program emulates traditional training methods to allow the practitioner to appreciate the talents, strengths, character and phenomenal skills once had by masters of the samurai sword. Members of this program will discover the mental fortitude in learning this art is just as important in one’s ability to learn as is the ability to maintain high levels of endurance and cardio vascular fitness.
